The Role

Our Learning Solutions team is responsible for designing and delivering cutting edge, impactful learning journeys which enable professionals to broaden their knowledge and impact their career and business positively.

Your job will be to manage a portfolio of open enrolment programmes, working collaboratively with our world-leading faculty, to deliver impactful, outstanding learning experiences.

With continuous improvement always front-of-mind, you’ll look for ways to enhance each programme in your portfolio to exceed our participants’ expectations.

Your role will also include :

  • Sharing ideas and contributing to the Learning Solution’s wider learning strategy.
  • Driving new open programme titles from concept to launch.
  • Working collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders ensuring we deliver the best customer and learning experiences.
  • Ensuring outstanding planning, preparation, delivery and debrief of programmes, continuously assessing and improving from iteration to iteration.
  • Setting up and managing robust budgets for programmes to meet targets.
  • Assisting with business development opportunities and marketing in relation to open programmes.
  • Staying up-to-date with programme advancements, trends and industry changes and regularly benchmarking the competitiveness of our programmes.
  • Collaborating across departments and externally as well as being a champion for change management.

    Who We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Masters or MBA desirable).
  • Experience in Learning and Development within corporate or business school environment.
  • Experience in managing digital and online programmes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curious, original and inspirational thinker who loves to problem solve.
  • Knowledge of business education and learning design with a customer centric approach.
  • Self-sufficient with ability to prioritise and focus on material issues.
  • Be part of an international network
