Job Description

What you’ll be doing :

  • Updating and maintaining the Army Jobs website
  • Working with stakeholders across Recruiting Group to improve content
  • Ensuring that all content created is optimised for Army candidates
  • Follow and advise on creating copy using the Recruiting Group tone of voice guidelines
  • Reviewing analytics to identify opportunities to improve the website and candidate journey
  • Use knowledge of User Experience best practice to suggest changes to website
  • Work with SEO specialists to ensure that the website is fully optimised
  • Overseeing content and upkeep of 100% Army Fit app
  • Working with CRM manager to create engaging emails
  • What we’re looking for :

  • Good knowledge website best practice
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced with content management systems
  • Understanding of the British Army would be desirable
