We’re looking for a collaborative and inspiring Team Leader to lead our team at our National Sales Office in Chesterfield to work in partnership with one of our major customers to provide excellent sales support on Infrastructure products.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am 5pm. About the role

  • To drive our Infrastructure agenda and team objectives
  • Act as a point of escalation for our customer and team
  • To coach, develop and mentor new and existing team members
  • Drive and achieve day to day objectives and ensure workload is evenly distributed
  • Set and drive daily / weekly / monthly activity & objectives
  • To process and monitor customer sales orders
  • Monitor and measure team performance in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop systems and process to ensure continuous improvement practice
  • Meeting with our customer and updating on performance
  • This is an excellent opportunity to work with a major external customer and to show our business what you can achieve with a collaborative approach.

    About you We welcome applications from candidates within the utilities or power sector, but this is not essential as we are looking for people that have gained experience in a customer support or sales coordination role where you will have been involved in processing orders and working with suppliers.

    Any team leader experience would be desirable, but is not essential as we are welcome applications from people looking to take the take the next step in their career that are passionate about motivating a team and providing a high level of customer service.

    The role will involve building a collaborative partnership with a major customer and therefore we encourage applications from people with strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
