Exciting opportunity to join a modern secondary school due to a change in their support department, a Learning Support Assistant is required to work with their LAC (Looked After Children) pupils in removing barriers to learning.
If you have experience working within a classroom environment and have previously worked within a similar role facilitating learning this may be ideal for you.
This role will require the successful candidate to provide support for pupils across KS3 / 4, working with pupils with a wide range of learning needs which can be managed and overcome with targeted intervention.
You will provide 1 : 1 guidance for pupils as well as provide general in class support at the discretion of class teachers.
