you will need tenacity, bravery and persuasiveness to get new ideas over the line.
You will be one of 3 Creativity and Innovation Directors whose collective responsibility is to democratise creativity and innovation at OMD UK, helping raise the bar across the breadth of our teams.
You will be acting as a senior ambassador for creativity and innovation, keeping it high on our
agency agenda, and helping create the conditions for it to flourish across teams. This will be through a series of ownable, productised initiatives and policing adoption of OMD Design our network planning process.
You should also have a well developed network of creative and innovation contacts at our media owner partners and the start up community, filtering, disseminating and driving the latest innovations for OMD UK to adopt on behalf of our clients.
You should be conversant in the language of digital, data and technology, and whilst not needing to be a deep expert in these areas, should understand how and where they can add value to the projects you are working on.
Lastly, it is the responsibility of the Creativity and Innovation Director to act as a senior bridge into OMD Create for the rest of the agency, and Client Leadership in particular.
You will beseeking out opportunities for our specialist Create teams to collaborate and produce agency defining work on your assigned clients that contributes to our income target and wins awards.
