We require a Reablement Officer to join our OUTSTANDING service as rated by the Care Quality Commission. If you are passionate about making a positive difference to people's life's then this is the ideal post for you.
The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission and operates 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends, evenings and Public Holidays.
The Short Term Assessment, Reablement and Telecare team (START) works with adults in the area of Poole over the age of 18 who live in their own homes.
Our aim is to support and work with individuals to regain independenct living following a particular incident that has affected their daily living skills.
