We are looking for a confident and motivated Traffic Manager to join our Head Office Strategy and Brand Development Team.

This is an ideal role for a positive, pro-active and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will relish working under pressure.

Ensuring everyone from Creatives to senior stakeholders know what’s happening and when. You’ll be responsible for the slick delivery of integrated campaign and retail collateral, plus maintaining a workflow tool to help us stay on-

brief and within deadlines.

What will you do?

  • Daily management of projects and the point of contact for internal departments
  • Create detailed project schedules and timelines
  • Monitor workloads, distribute and prioritise tasks and assign external resources accordingly
  • Generate short and long term resource and output forecasts and reports
  • Communicate project updates with the wider company and marketing dept
  • Respond to information requests from the wider business and report project updates to senior stakeholders
  • Manage 1 direct report in the form of an Artworker
  • Liaise with content creators and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Maintain workflow software tool and associated processes
  • Hold regular production meetings
  • Aid in the management of the Creative Projects budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the wider business
  • What will you need?

  • Experience of Traffic Management, Studio or resource management within a creative, marketing or design environment
  • Highly structured and organised
  • Understanding of the creative process and requirements to fulfil a brief
  • Great attention to detail
  • A diplomatic, robust and tactful communicator
  • Ability to interrogate systems and processes
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple briefs efficiently
  • A problem solver who is able to motivate
  • Ability to use project management tools such as ASANA
  • Experience of working with creative teams, copywriters, artworkers, designers and freelancers.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite is desirable
  • What do we offer?

  • £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (subject to experience)
  • An additional 10% of your annual salary as a non-contractual London Weighting benefit
