Job details

The Hotel has 60 rooms, 50 cover restaurant, 70 cover bar area, banqueting up to 140, you will be working in a team of 8 using all fresh food.

The client's Head Chef is looking for a committed Chef de Partie who is eager to learn.

  • Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen.
  • Work directly with senior members to achieve targets.
  • Assist the Commis Chef in their development and training.
  • Offer menu input.
  • To adhere to strict health and hygiene procedures.
  • Learn good kitchen management and cost control in the kitchen.
  • Experience in a la carte is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a Chef De Partie is preferred although a confident Demi Chef de Partie will be considered.
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic to progress.
  • Be smart, clean and tidy.
  • Excellent timekeeping.
  • To have your own whites and knives.
