Overseeing all food that leaves the pass is of at least 2 Rosette standard. Keep on top of all junior chefs to make sure their sections are immaculate.
Reporting to the Head chef, you will be responsible for a brigade of 10 chefs. Managing and overseeing an array of menus.
This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Junior / Sous Chef that has previous experience within 4 / 5 Star hotels and / or a Rosetted restaurant that is looking for a new and exciting role within one of the most iconic hotels within the UK.
