In your role as the Interim Head of HR Data, Reporting & Analytics, youwill lead the development, maintenance and provision of organisation and peopledata for the international firm, delivering timely, accurate and relevantmanagement information.

You will also develop a comprehensive reporting andanalytics service in line with the HR systems roadmap, developing meaningfulinsights and progressive decision support materials for human capitalmanagement.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive thedevelopment and application of consistent organisation and people datadefinitions
  • Conductregular data audits and review data management practices to ensure the integrityof data in HR systems
  • Build anddeliver HR analytics capabilities and provide insights for the business tosupport organisation and people planning
  • Ensure thedesign and delivery of reports and dashboards and provide joined up reportingand analytics to business leaders
  • Lead andsupport projects with a data, reporting and systems bias to enable thedevelopment of HR services and initiatives to support functional and businessexcellence
  • Put in placean effective change control process to manage the ongoing development of HRreporting requirements in response to business needs
  • Ensure accuratedocumentation and process manuals are designed and maintained for all HRreporting processes
  • Ensure the effective training of HR staff andbusiness users on technology enabled new reporting processes and functionality
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Experienced HR systems expert, with hands on knowledge of major HRtechnologies, ideally including PeopleSoft, Oracle and other cloud basedsolutions
  • Expert knowledge of reporting solutions, business intelligence tools andtechnologies
  • Highly skilled in the development and use of human capital metrics forbusiness decision making, with excellent diagnostic skills
  • Ability to engage with technical specialists and partner with them as afunctional expert, with the skills to translate technical language back to HRcolleagues
  • Experience of business process design and process mapping
  • Project management and internal consulting skills underpinned by stronganalytical capabilities. Able to listen, adapt, influence and act as aninternal change agent
  • Strong people management, team working, problem solving, facilitation anddecision making skills and with the ability to engage with diverse teams;
  • bothculturally and geographically

  • Strong businessacumen and willingness to take the initiative, to identify new opportunitiesand challenge established ways of doing things
