Want to be a part of our team?The successful Junior / Trainee Multimedia Producer uses a solutions-based approach in planning, designing, creating, managing and executing live events / webinars.

The Junior / Trainee Multimedia Producer works directly with the customer from point of receipt of the Event order through to the completion of the Event and any post-event discussions and follow-up.

You will also work with Sales, Operations, other Client Care teams, and external partners on completing a successful Event.

Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : Manage and ensure a successful event(s) by timely and careful planning for the assigned event(s), reviewing all pertinent information with the client during the pre-event delivery process and provides guidance and support to the client during the event and post event Work with management and members of the team on escalations, client issues and event contingencies Monitor all incidents and ensure the implementation of changes to processes to address weaknesses Adhere to the service level agreements that have been defined Ensure optimum Event Success Rate (minimum 98% QoS) Professional management of Digital Event clients, providing prompt and accurate support Perform event configuration, testing and other technical checks as necessary prior to the live event for Audio, Web and Webcast Organize, prepare and upload event content (text, images, audio, video, etc.

  • Answer participant lines in a timely and professional manner, identifying and placing callers into the live event Provide ad-hoc troubleshooting for speakers / presenters and support IT Teams to resolve real-time service issues Ensure the quality of the event is of the highest standard Establish an excellent working relationship with assigned customers and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service the company is providing Update job knowledge and databases through documentation and communication with managers, the Client Care team, and others within organisation Assist and liaise with other departments as and when required Other duties as required or assigned by management Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Excellent written and oral communication skills in the required languages (both Fluent German & English) Strong attention to detail, organised, and accurate Ability to work under pressure whilst coordinating multiple tasks under tight deadlines Ability to work independently, as well as being a part of a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required;
  • knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver type applications and Video streaming would be desirable Customer focused with demonstrable customer service experience Ability to demonstrate creativity and adaptability Ability to handle frequent change Academic Qualifications and Certifications : Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent (communications, film, marketing or a related field.
