Overall summary of the position :

About the role

We are looking for a well-organised and experienced Physiotherapist, ideally with an Occupational Health background, to deliver quality clinical care for Client’s employees suffering with a musculoskeletal condition.

You will undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of Client employees with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective.

treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.

As an Occupational Health Physiotherapist, in addition to the above , you will support Client employees with being safe at work or safely return to work with musculoskeletal condition.

This is achieved by working with the employee and the employer as part of a collaborative team to provide recommendation and / or adjustments to their job role.

You’ll be combining clinical knowledge with a detailed understanding of operational workplace environment as well as health and safety best practices.

You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the HCPC and a fully qualified Physiotherapist.

We’re looking for you to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.

You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both employees and colleagues alike.

This an exciting opportunity to develop skills in working and communicating in a wider Multiple Disciplinary Team of Human Resource, Health and Safety and Occupational Health Advisors.

You will be involved in delivering and supporting Health and Wellbeing initiatives, Training & workplace assessment, all of which Connect will provide training and support through our academic academy and clinical supervision process.

You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Connect. We are looking for committed staff to support our agile and dynamic working strategy and to give clinicians an opportunity to see what working within the Connect team feels like.
