This 4* Hotel located in York has 300 bedrooms,150 cover rosette restaurant, banqueting facitlies for up to 150, you will be working in a kitchen brigade of 6.

  • Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen
  • Work directly with senior members to achieve targets
  • Assist the Commis Chef in their development and training
  • Offer menu input
  • To adhere to strict health and hygiene procedures
  • Learn good kitchen management and cost control in the kitchen
  • Experience in an a 2 rosette or above establishment
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic to progress
  • Be smart, clean and tidy
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • To have your own whites and knives
