We are now underway with recruiting into our Health, Safety, and Environmental Team for an Integrated Management Systems Manager, covering the whole of the Marshalls group.
This fabulous opportunity has come about due to retirement, and you’ll have some incredible experience to utilise in a handover, whilst also seizing new opportunities to shapethe future.
So what’s YOUR mission?
Working across the breadth of our diverse manufacturing company, you will develop and coordinate all aspects of the company’s Integrated Management Systems.
ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, BRE 6001 Sustainable Procurement, ISO 50001 Energy and Carbon, Achilles and FSC.
As an inspiring role model, you will lead a small team that will look to you to demonstrate and deliver a passionate, professional, and responsive service.
What will that entail?
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a whole host of different departments. This will require some great communication skills and a passion to be a part of a proud and ambitious workforce.
You’ll need to provide the necessary framework and lead a group systems team in providing practical help, including regular reviews.
We’ll look to you to organise and overseas internal audit programmes across the group, and offer your knowledge and advice on non-conformances that may arise.
Drawing upon your ability to work closely with data, you’ll analyse trends and build databases to produce reports that share your findings.
