Do you have administration experience and are looking to become part of team that provides excellent service? As a Services and Property Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Services and Property team.
Whether this be sales order processing or operating the help desk you will be at the heart of operation that keeps the building running.
NB : The Services and Property department employs a matrix working system, where staff members may be trained across multiple functional areas and required to work within different teams at any given point.
This applies to all job roles within the department.
Experienced Computer User, Advanced Excel Skills, and experience of working with database applications.Strong and confident verbal and written communications, extensive interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Extensive organisational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.Be able to prioritise and problem solve.
Attention to detail in all arrangements, planning and operation with an ability to multi-taskAbility to work flexibly, manage changes and contingencies in schedules and events, prioritise under pressure without compromising quality.
Proactive, can-do attitude to identifying and resolving potential issues.Flexibility in providing support to team members and the wider Services & Property team.
Proven experience of working in a busy administration role.Experience in sales order processing and helpdesk system in a commercial and industrial environment.
Previous experience in facilities management (desirable)
