Kettering NN15This role will support the Senior Analyst in delivering analysis and providing information to influence management and operational decision-
making. The individual will build analytical reporting which provides measurement of Marketing business KPIsTasks and responsibilities : Oversee and manage campaigns within the Global Marketing Data Warehouse using SDL / Alterion Campaign Manager.
This includes accuracy of campaign information entered as well as working with campaigns teams to ensure all information is entered in a timely fashion.
Develop and manage Core Products Marketing dashboard.Implement, monitor and track all campaign meta data in the global in the RCI Global Marketing Data WarehouseSupport & carry out campaign production when required, producing associated campaign analysisDevelop regular circulation reporting that illustrates shifts and movement in circulation YOYSupport delivery of Marketing effectiveness KPIsMeta data entry as and when required.
Qualifications : Essential3-5 years of data analytics experience.Highly proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, VB programming language & SQLBusiness Objects, Cognos or similar expertise (e.
g. Qlik View or Salesforce.com Business Intelligence platforms).Solid analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrates proactive work style.
Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels.Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skillsSome travel may be requiredStrong attention to detail critical requirementDesirable : Experience of SASProject management and process experience a plus.
Experience of campaign and online meta data set up.Use of Customer Audience selection software such as Alterion, Smartfocus, SAS, SPSS or other database marketing toolsTravel / Hospitality experience a plus
