JobDescription The KPMG LearningAcademy / Digital Learning team (KLA) offers a comprehensive range ofoff-the-shelf digital, blended, and classroom training courses, aswell as bespoke design and delivery of programmes.

We work with awide client base across all sectors and are looking for anexperienced Digital Learning Technology specialist to join ourfast-

growing team and lead our learning technology area.

Candidate Summary :

You will be a talented and ambitious seniorleader with significant experience in learning technologysolutions, including setting technology strategy, planning,managing and delivering through others.

Theideal candidate will have deep and relevant experience evidenced bytheir demonstrable track record of leading teams to deliversignificant learning interventions.

You must be able to demonstratestrong and relevant experience of a variety of learningtechnologies with a history of successful implementation andadoption.

You must also be able todemonstrate an ability to successfully build and maintainrelationships to drive successful business development, includingproactively building and maintain strategic relationships with bothinternal & external stakeholders.

Your experience will benefit from workingwith, and alongside specialists from a number of disciplines andexperts from our Global Centres of Excellence.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to identify, winand deliver effective client learning solutions, with a focus onthe learning technology aspects.

The business development andclient project delivery aspects of the role are in equalproportion.

The role is therefore responsiblefor building relationships within KPMG go to market channels toembed the KLA approaches and solutions in a range of deliverymodels, as well as creating the KLA standard approach across thevariety of learning technologies we currently use, and identifyingnew learning technologies to future proof and differentiate oursolutions.

You will also lead multiple clientengagements for the creation and deployment of learning solutionsusing delivery teams with a mix of onshore and off shore resourcesto meet client needs.

Contributing to the strategic andtactical management of the KLA is also key to the role as is beinga core member of the KLA Leadership team.

The role will requireworking with the management team to build capability and capacityacross the team in London and Leeds, and our offshore locations inIndia.

We work with a wide client base acrossall sectors and are looking for an experienced senior learningtechnology specialist who can demonstrate their practicalexperience to join our fast-

growing team of learning professionals.

Roles &Responsibilities

Our work in theKLA is incredibly varied and you will be asked to apply your skillsand expertise to different technology enabled learning projects,often with large scale clients.

In particular in the LearningManagement System (LMS) and Learning Platform space, taking a leadrole working between the KLA and the KPMG Learning Platform team(KLP).

The role is responsible for buildingrelationships within KPMG go to market channels to embed the KLA ina range of delivery models.

The successful candidate for thisparticular role will work collaboratively with KPMG colleagues andclients to ensure KPMG are the leaders in the market for end to endlearning solutions by :

  • Setting the strategyand direction for the LMS space and team members.
  • Developing to Go to Market offering andlead the production of collateral to support BD conversations.
  • Driving business development activity inthe learning technology space, including Learning ManagementSystems (LMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Playing a key role in working with the KPMG Platform (KLP) team tounderstand and manage joint activities and proposals.
  • Supporting client facing teams withtechnology discussions.
  • Taking an activerole in the KLA / Digital Learning leadership team in managing thedirection of the team and performance.
  • Managing the learning technology team members.
  • Lead the delivery of multiple high qualityclient projects, working closely with colleagues from other serviceareas of our Solutions business and the wider KPMG business.
  • Deliver business outcomes throughidentification of needs and programme management of comprehensivesolutions including evaluation of effectiveness.
  • Finally, the role will play a key part inhelping to build capability and capacity across the team in London,Leeds, Gurgaon and Bangalore.
  • Required Skills

    The successful candidate will also berequired to : ·

    Be credible and confidentbuilding new relationships at senior levels, as well as be able todemonstrate proven significant experience in influencing seniorstakeholders to make business decisions.

    Beable to generate thought leadership, delivering viewpoints in themarket to both create new thinking and drive new businessopportunities.

    Have excellent personal,written and oral presentationskills.

    Demonstrate a commercial awarenessevidenced by an ability to identify business opportunities and leadeffective engagements in relation to risk, financial and engagementmanagement procedures.

    This role alsorequires the following digital competencies :

    Experience in :

  • Setting learning technology strategy,designing and fostering the adoption of technology solutions andproviding consultancy on the full procurement and deploymentlifecycle for a variety of learning technologies, including LMS.
  • Experience of advising organisations onlatest innovations, digital offerings and technologies in learning,including implementing learning technologies (within complexorganisations)
  • Experience of undertakingassessment of systems learning solution options (scoping,feasibility, design, services costing, deliverables, completioncriteria, etc).
  • Experience of advisingorganisations on latest innovations, digital offerings andtechnologies in learning, including implementing learningtechnologies (within complex organisations).
  • Qualifications including CIPD, an MBA and aformal Project Management qualification would be beneficial, butare not essential as relevant practical experience is equallyimportant.
