What you'll be doing
Product Planning and Strategy
Leverage insights to develop Data Solutions product strategy and define innovative, differentiated solutions that address evolving customer and market needs, emerging trends and opportunities.
Build customer-centric product roadmaps, defining and scoping insight-led product requirements, new features, capabilities and specifications.
Lead product planning from insight to technical development and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure business-wide alignment on project plans.
Ensure all new products and services are differentiated solutions centred around delivering outstanding customer experience and supporting Data Solutions long-term strategy.
Lead market analysis and viability studies to identify, review and plan new partnerships / integration.
Lead technical product development of simple, intuitive, insight-led and scalable digital solutions.
Project management of multi-functional teams, concurrent work-streams and 3rd party partners
Responsible for coordinating and ensuring alignment with procurement / legal / data privacy teams.
Lead the definition, development and integration of processes with internal teams and 3rd party vendors e.g. SLA’s, product mapping, CRM etc.
Lead execution and management of the product roadmap, ensuring continuous evolution and optimisation of existing products and development of new solutions from concept to market.
Identify, develop and deliver service enhancements and lead issue resolution.
Lead the development and delivery of product on-boarding and training plans, working with BT teams and external party partners.
Lead development of customer facing product content including customer guides and tutorials, working with digital, brand and agency teams.
Manage product launch and reporting with commercial and operational teams.
Contingency planning - ensuring appropriate processes are in place and agreed with multi-functional teams.
Lead the definition of product testing requirements and delivery of plans, working with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibility for in-life management and reporting of performance against commercial, customer and market KPI’s.
Define performance data requirements, analyse and identify data-led opportunities for optimisation.
Leverage product and customer insights, ensuring that we constantly monitor customer experience and put quality and consistency of the customer’s product experience at the heart of everything we do.
Quickly deliver product improvements / fixes against areas of most significant commercial and customer impact, act on customer feedback and continually optimise our quality of service.
Where problems arise, lead their resolution.
Take ownership of key operational responsibilities, pro-actively managing products throughout their lifecycle, maximising the efficiency of processes and performance of internal and external relationships in a constantly evolving environment.
Act as advocate for Data Solutions products and champion of the customer, ensuring that internal stakeholders are aligned and collaborate on the development roadmap, and that appropriate development resource is allocated.

We are looking for someone driven and entrepreneurial, who has a passion for developing and managing customer-centric, insight-led digital roadmaps and solutions.

Strong digital product development and management experience and understanding of end to end digital product development processes.
Experience working on digital advertising platforms / technologies is a must such as social media, display and paid search.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising market, dynamics and infrastructure. Familiarity with advertiser and consumer digital trends, including video, voice, DOOH and rising technology such as AR / VR.
Confident understanding of GDPR regulation and best practice.
Go to market experience and understanding of relevant stakeholder relationships, roles and responsibilities
Understanding and experience of developing / leveraging tools to track ROI from digital advertising.
Experience defining, developing, analysing and optimising the performance of customer-facing user interfaces.
Experience developing and optimising digital customer journeys- from awareness to account creation, purchase, billing and reporting - and the touchpoints at each stage.
Experience developing customer facing product content including customer guides and tutorials, working with digital, brand and agency teams.
Working with digital and technology teams to define and deliver product testing.
Technical mind-set and understanding the technical architecture required for developing scalable digital advertising solutions and ability to contribute to design discussions and challenge technology assumptions.
Proven experience in supplier and 3rd party partner management, including the end to end delivery of collaborative solutions.
Strong customer focus with excellent understanding of customer measures and levers, and experience developing and optimising products and services against customer KPIs.
Demonstrable commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mind set and desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Brilliant project, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Brilliant influencing and negotiation skills, with experience of managing complex organisational dynamics.
