  • Create a Placemaking Brand at national level for LSH Property Management Division.
  • Focus on customer experiences to drive value into the business and increase customer retention.
  • Main tasks :

  • Undertake comprehensive review of current LSH offering across the national portfolio.
  • Evaluate & benchmark LSH current offering against leading competitors
  • Define customer experience toolkit to enable a bespoke provision across different asset classes.
  • Create & develop an exciting brand to launch the new placemaking & customer experience offering.
  • Identify Placemaking opportunities across the LSH portfolio.
  • Create & manage an income generation stream to support the new brand & clearly define link between CX & added value.
  • Engage LSH team to support the change
  • To fully engage existing clients so that they are aware of the new brand proposition.
  • As part of roll out to ensure full Occupier engagement.
  • Set case study precedent
  • Ensure brand promotion on all social media platforms
  • Directly manage appointed operators & project manage site specific events & marketing, including promotion of local events
  • Create & implement bespoke customer experience enhancement plans to drive positive outcomes.
  • Undertake user evaluations to benchmark & constantly improve offering.
  • To be involved in tenders and presentations with a view to gain an increased client base.
  • To continually strive to improve working practices and client service delivery for the whole team.
  • Seek to cross sell opportunities to other parts of LSH.
  • Work with Property Managers in regards to multi-let assets assisting in the production of service charge budgets.
  • Main capabilities : What we need :

  • Property experience preferable, but not essential!
  • Push Commercial Property Management to think outside the box
  • What is essential :

  • Experience in running events
  • Organising teams
  • Experience in running social media campaigns
  • Ability to present to clients / customers and experience in brand roll out.
  • Financial management
  • Desire to embrace the opportunity of creating a new brand and service line
  • Keen interest in placemaking / customer experience & market trends
  • Reinforces delivery of a customer first approach to social values
  • Presents a professional image when dealing with clients and demonstrates self confidence
