My client in Stevenage is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their busy team.
you will be supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining systems, polices and processes as well as any other administration duties for the department.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, have good attention to detail and be able to cope well under pressure as this role will have deadlines.
Having experience or exposure within a compliance or quality background would be an advantage.
My client offers a hybrid way of working which is 3 days working from home and 2 based in their office in Stevenage.
Working a 35 hour week

What you will do :
To support the Quality Assurance Manager in collating information for requests
To support the Quality Assurance Manager in collating, producing an issuing of a quarterly assessor newsletter
To support the Quality Assurance Manager with collating information for internal audits, checking the team are adhering to policies and processes
To organise the delivery of standardisation events, including issuing the agenda, gathering information for the presentation and taking minutes
To organise meetings, including issuing the agenda, collating information for the presentation and taking minutes
To implement and set up tracking databases / spreadsheets
Any other administrative duties
What you will need :
Strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and act on own initiative
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Conscientious attitude with the ability to work under pressure, to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience of managing complex administrative activities
Experience of minute taking (desirable)
