SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree qualified - within a construction-related discipline
Minimum two years' post-chartered experience
Experience on nuclear projects highly desirable
Must hold Security Clearance or otherwise be eligible to obtain Security Clearance
Experience working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients, other consultants, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations
Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects in co-operation with line manager
Leadership skills - ability to provide guidance and advice to junior members, both in their work and professional development
