Lead the quickbooks.co.uk UK website strategy to attract, delight and acquire new QuickBooks customers across the small business, self-
employed and accountant segments.
Define & own an innovative CRO roadmap backed with clear hypotheses, customer insights and data points to deliver a 15%+ uplift in conversion rates YoY whilst improving profitability.
Manage our SEO agency to increase organic growth by 30%+ YoY
Provide a clear vision & roadmap to improve the E2E web flows, messaging, SEO, pricing & promo tactics, sign up flows, lead capture mechanisms, blog, tracking and technical performance.
Scope, plan and project manage the delivery of industry-leading E2E website experiences in partnership with the wider marketing team, analytics team, design team, web developers and agency partners.
Conduct prospect / customer research to assess current experience, identify new opportunities and test / validate new hypotheses before rolling out
Drive web monetization strategy for new customer acquisition to increase revenue and profitability.
Prioritise strategic initiatives based on the impact on sales, revenue & retention.
Monitor web KPIs on a daily basis, produce weekly performance reports and identify funnel optimisation opportunities to increase growth.
Lead an SEO agency with opportunity to grow the team over time.
Build a thorough understanding of the customer base, competitive market, market trends along with the ability to analyse sales and site performance to determine the best course of action.
Stay up to date on the latest technology & web design trends and translate these into new optimisation opportunities for QuickBooks
Coach team on fast learning cycles and testing to continuously improve growth outcomes
At least 6+ years of experience managing & optimizing large scale ecommerce websites for reputable brands with proven step-change CRO results.
Deep understanding of web testing methodologies, processes and CRO best practices.
Proven track record of improving SEO performance & KPIs.
Testing mindset to quickly formulate and validate hypotheses to drive incrementality
Experience of conducting VOC & usability research to understand E2E journeys and identify customer pain points.
Experienced with managing large scale projects using scrum methodology in a high-velocity environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial & analytical skills and comfortable with using complex web analytics tools & data sets to assess performance.
Outstanding communicator that can effectively manage expectations vertically throughout the organization.
Attention to detail and data accuracy whilst multi-tasking.
Proven networking / cross-functional skillset.
