Commercial Accommodation Team at Imperial College London are recruiting for dedicated Reservations Staff to facilitate their busy summer lettings period.
We commercially sell the student Halls of Residence over the summer vacation period as a large-scale budget hotel (approx.
2000 bedrooms over 4 sites). We provide a high quality Reservations Services to both internal and external clients staying at Imperial College’s student Halls of Residence during this period.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for the provision of successful Reservation Services to both internal and external customers in student accommodation during the summer commercial letting period.
You will deal with all reservation enquiries by telephone, email and in person in a prompt and professional manner, with the highest level of customer care, advice and support in accordance with College standards and by maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times, with the objective of maximising occupancy and revenues.
You will have previous outstanding organisational skills; strong IT abilities; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
