Learning and Development Advisor

Are you a L&D Advisor, who considers themselves aself-starter and who is passionate about designing and delivering trainingmodules in the digital area (think Analytics, BIM, 3-
D, Social media, etc.)?
At Arcadis we are looking for an experienced Learningand Development Advisor to join our team and support our Digital L&DManager in the design, delivery and management of digital professional skillstraining programmes.
Within this role you will have the opportunity tospend half your time designing new training modules, which will focus ondeveloping digital learning modules (think Data Analytics, BIM, Social Media,etc.
However, you will still be able to apply your passion for coaching anddeliver existing training modules across our UK offices.
The role will suit someone who is passionate abouttaking L&D projects from concept to completion and you will have theopportunity to use your experience to shape the learning modules.
For instance,this role would be responsible for developing our CareerZone, which willprovide training modules to all members of staff.
As this role will be focused on digital learning it isdesirable that you have some existing knowledge within this realm, but more importantlywe are looking for someone that is keen to revolutionise the way Arcadisprovide training within this realm.
