Job Description

This role is to support the CRM Executives through the planning, creation and proofing of emails released across all Frasers Group Sports facias.

  • Supporting the shaping and development of the email marketing calendar using market trends and insight
  • Using data driven product / category selection for emails
  • Creating timely email creative briefs
  • Email proofing, ensuring all emails work as expected, are correct and meet the brief
  • Liaise with teams in other areas of the business to assist in email marketing
  • Responsible for supporting planning, briefing, sending, and measuring performance of broadcast emails.
  • Qualifications

  • A marketing degree or similar
  • Work experience in an email marketing / E-Commerce environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Be detail-oriented and organised
  • Be flexible and resilient
  • Have experience working with an email service provider, ideally Emarsys (but not essential)
  • Have great time management skills
