Key Responsibilities :

  • Collating requests from departments for consumables, tooling, cleaning supplies, stationery
  • Creating purchase requests on our procurement system PEGA
  • Setting up new suppliers on Safran SharePoint system
  • Processing orders when approval has been received and sending to suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm deliveries and processing order acknowledgements
  • Chasing suppliers for due dates / shipping information
  • Receiving in of orders from suppliers on M3
  • Liaising with logistics team on receiving goods
  • Goods distribution to departments within Unit 610 and Unit 630
  • Make sure the packaging from the purchased goods is disposed according to process
  • Restocking consumables cupboards, cleaning, stationery, company clothing
  • Check stock levels
  • Place orders to the OEM, repair centres and 3rd party suppliers for stock
  • Order acknowledgements
  • Chasing on deliveries
  • Liaise with managers and supervisors
  • Subcontract Orders
  • Assisting in the receiving of goods into stores when short staffed. Unpacking, sorting of paperwork, tidy, stamping, using M3 to check and receive stock.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the procurement, finance or workshop teams
