As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager to join us.

Requirements

  • Ensure users are operating in CRM efficiently
  • Work on Salesforce project roadmap
  • Explore integrations which should contribute to workflows; analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
  • Keep abreast of latest releases
  • Roll out training to new starters, and refresher training to users
  • Data hygiene - Clear down duplication of contacts & companies, to meet targets set in advance by the Head of Demand Generation
  • Build dashboards and ensure the business reporting from Salesforce is fit for purpose
  • Working across departments to ensure they have the data they need to run the business; Finance, Commercial teams, the Board and department leadership teams.
  • Benefits

  • Experience in Salesforce is essential and Pardot is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable understanding of CRM strategy
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Proficient in one or more email marketing and CRM platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Able to lead and make recommendations which Salesforce features to be using
  • Understanding of how customer insight models are used in marketing
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritise work efficiently
