What is the role?

Due to the growth of existing clients and new client acquisition, we have created new opportunities within our Paid Search team.

We are looking for a Paid Search Account Executive with ideally 1years experiencein PPC, to work across high profile brands.

The clients we partner with are made up of UK and Global companies across different verticals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class Paid Search campaigns for our clients and help them achieve their Business objectives.

Core Competencies and skills required

Personal

  • Positive attitude & most importantly genuine enthusiasm
  • A PPC specialist with strong hands-on experience across traditional Search
  • Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Eager to improve knowledge and skills through continuous training
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • You are pro-active and driven to deliver best in class planning and output for your client partners
  • Teamwork

  • As were currently working remotely (in line with government guidelines) a large focus will be placed on communicating effectively while workingand supporting team members
  • Client Relationship

  • An individual that shows confidence and a willingness to improve presentation skills
  • Technical Skills

  • Comfortable with navigating through the different platforms, UIs and third-party tools i.e. SA360
  • Certified in Google Ads Search and Search Ads 360
  • Experience using features of Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Corerole responsibilities

  • Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks
  • Own flawless execution and set up of Paid Search campaigns across the clients
  • Lead with the Account Manager on campaign management from planning, set-up to optimisation and measurement within Native and 3rd party PPC management consoles i.e. SA360
  • Carry out and deliver thorough optimisation roadmaps across all Search platforms (Google, Bing and Amazon)
  • Acknowledge clients emails in a timely manner
  • Ongoing collaboration with the main Media Partners proactively reaching out for new opportunities
  • Attend relevant Search Platform training
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and apply these to clients campaigns where relevant
  • Implement andanalysistesting andinnovationopportunities to optimizecampaignstoimproveperformance
  • Contribute toregular clientmeetings : preparing material and presentingonperformance andaccount actions
  • Work with the Account Manager to scope out new opportunities to improve performance and drive innovation
  • Understand, become certified and implement the finance bookings through GroupMs booking system, Prisma.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and attitude at work
  • Reporting Into

    For personal development and day to day management you will report into the Paid Search AccountManager.

    What you will learn in this role

  • Working across different client partners and verticals (ranging from multimillion £ adspend to smaller sized accounts)
  • Become experts across all forms of Search platforms (Google, Bing, Amazon and SA360)
  • Introduced to all forms of Search, Shopping and Native advertising

  • Advanced presentation skill techniques
  • Experts in using automation to bring time efficiencies into the workplace through reporting, optimisation, scripting and bidding strategies
  • Understanding of the role of Audiences in Paid Search and the activation principles through 1st party data, RLSA and automated audience segments.
  • Client utilising advanced forms of data to fuel their bidding strategy decisions
