JDA are looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team looking after recruitment throughout the region.
The EMEA Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting the needs of our growing Region.
As a Recruiter you will become a true Business Partner to your stakeholders, managing their recruitment needs end to end and providing valuable market insight to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure the delivery of a high quality recruitment service to the business.
Taking hiring requirement briefs from the hiring managers
Preparing job descriptions
Data entry and management for the Applicant Tracking System
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline that's in alignment with our organisation’s needs.
Organising of telephone and face to face interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers across EMEA
Assist in maintaining compliance with legal requirements concerning recruitment and data management.
Co-ordinate with other HR colleagues as required.
Ensure all candidates receive a best in class recruitment experience.
Administer key assessment tests and measurements and conduct appropriate reference and background checks.
Promote JDA’s professional image by maintaining job posting standards, providing appropriate customer service and building strong candidate relationships.
Resourcing using job boards, Linkedin, networks and other social media to identify suitable candidates
Job posting and advertising of vacancies
Liaising with third party recruiters
Carefully identifying skills to match with appropriate vacancies
Interviewing candidates and providing appropriate feedback to hiring managers
Very strong organisational skills.
Experience of recruiting in a business environment (ideally software)
Highly IT literate, MS Office and user experience of a database system.
Understanding of current recruitment processes and methodologies.
Strong multi-tasker, able to prioritise and manage sometimes conflicting priorities.
Understanding of working internationally and cultural sensitivities.
An ability to handle high levels of detail accurately
Able to work with senior staff within the business.
Comfortable talking with a wide range of people both on the telephone and face to face
Able to build effective relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.
Able to work tenaciously to achieve high quality results within tight timeframes
Evidence of taking responsibility and ownership for the outcome of a project and using innovative means to solve problems and overcome obstacles
Experience of working in a dynamic fast-moving business environment
Ability to work within, but also continuously to improve, a structured business process.
Fluency in English language skills, both spoken and written (additional European language a plus)
