Based out of our Huntingdon office we are looking for a Neighbourhood Assistant to join our team. Providing a high quality administrative support role this is faced paced environment.
What your role will be This role will see you providing a comprehensive admin service to the Neighbourhoods team from dealing with mutual exchange requests to managing tenancy changes.
You will; update housing management computer bases and complete weekly transactional reports. Administration tasks will include compiling standardised letters, booking inspections, managing queries and working with customers.

To be considered for this role you will have experience carrying out an administration role. Housing experience or awareness of this sector will set you apart from other candidates.
You will work well under pressure and be able to prioritise a busy workload. You will be highly organised and have strong customer service skills.
