As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for making sure that the Palantir office operations function and are maintained to the highest standards.
In this role, you will support our daily operations - working to ensure our spaces are set up to meet operational requirements while prioritising functionality and organisation, as well as executing office processes seamlessly and preventing issues before they arise.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Act as on the ground support for the Operations team, report anything that requires attention and flag any maintenance, facilities and building issues.
Own conducting regular office audits and ensure all spaces are fully functional.
Order all office supplies, keep inventory and restock the self-service cabinets.
Triage, update and action tasks accordingly via our internal ticketing platform.
Follow and maintain standard operating procedures.
Work closely with our internal Core Operations teams to proactively seek solutions and action last minute requests.
Cover all mail operations, including shipping and receiving domestically and internationally.
Own event space set up (assembling, dismantling and moving furniture before and after event). Ensuring event set up meets the event requirements.
