Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management. #LIWe are seeking a Renewals Manager who has previous experience as a people manager within a software maintenance renewals business.

You will develop a long-term relationship with existing customers to maintain a high renewal rate and consistent maintenance revenue.

You will be managing a team of Renewals Specialists to ensure they meet quarterly revenue targets. The role involves a focus on customer satisfaction and will require regular site visits working alongside Sales and Services to maintain a positive customer relationship.

YOU ARE GREAT AT : -Dealing with escalated issues (liaison between all parties including, Sales, Services and Finance teams to provide a route of escalation to resolve Customer Support issues).

  • Successfully managing the team to achieve targeted on-time renewal rate and revenue targets.-Supporting the Sales organisations with business analytics to aide in decision making process related to service contract negotiation.
  • Participating in customer contract negotiations to provide commercial support and address any Customer Support issues.-Preparation and presentation of management and forecasting reports.
  • Evaluating and proposing system improvements to drive efficiencies and shorten the contract renewal process; lead or support implementation as required.
  • Identifying areas for process or service improvements; contributing to the creation of business requirements for resolution;
  • leading or supporting implementation as required.WHAT IT TAKES :

  • Previous experience managing a Software Maintenance Renewals business.
  • Substantial experience managing a team of renewals representatives - 4 or more ideally
  • Detail oriented, excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to apply innovative approaches and initiative to increase productivity and work standards.
  • Familiarity with contract creation and execution in a Service Delivery environment and experience with contract terms and documents.
