Joining the HR Systems Team, you will be a super user in the HR Systems that manage Employee and Payroll information (Resourcelink and Success Factors) and support the UK&I business in the implementation of new HR technologies.

You will play a key role as the HR Systems portfolio expands, by ensuring the link between the Global and UK&I businesses are approved and perform as designed.

The specific projects you will be supporting are the move to a Software as a Service contract from on-premise and the associated preparation, move of data, testing, support.

This opportunity is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months.

What You Will Be Doing

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will help ensure the HR Systems are developed, set up and maintained to accurately reflect the business and their needs.

You will support the implementation to ensure that they deliver in line with technical, legislative and business requirements.

Through teamwork and collaboration with key stakeholders, you will ensure that hierarchies are maintained accurately, any business changes are reflected in the systems and that data is maintained accurately.

The main specific projects you will be supporting are the move to for our HR and Payroll system to a Software as a Service contract from on-

premise and the associated preparation, move of data, testing, and support. The other main project will be to support the implementation of a Time and Attendance solution in our retail business.

You will use your super user knowledge to provide support to resolve HR systems issues and user queries for newly implemented systems promptly and effectively, raising and resolving any escalations with internal stakeholders and third party suppliers where appropriate.

You will help develop and maintain a regular audit process for the systems, monitoring and recording any data issues and supporting the business with resolving them.

You will work with the wider HR, IT and Project Teams to support the roll-out and testing of system upgrades and any developments or enhancements, ensuring that systems are set up, updated and refreshed appropriately.

You will assist in developing plans to migrate current data to new platforms / systems. You’ll support system users by sharing your knowledge and experience of the systems, delivering training, and developing and distributing tools and user guides.

You will help identify the requirements for reporting and work with the HR MI team to realise these requirements. This is a very exciting opportunity as our systems and technical infrastructure are at the point of being updated and there is a lot of enthusiasm within the business with what digital solutions can offer our people.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience of administering HR, Payroll and / or e-learning systems, ideally Resourcelink and Success Factors
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers, and capable of working in a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
  • Experience of working within a project environment with evidence of effective planning skills, and the ability to understand and articulate the size and difficulty of a task and plan appropriately
  • Strong desire to continuously improve systems, processes and ways of working
  • A good all round knowledge of HR administration processes is desireable
  • Experience of MS Office applications e.g. Excel, PowerPoint etc.
