The Faculty wishes to appoint an Industry Liaison & Student Placements Officer to support activity associated with the student industrial experience and career enhancement agendas within the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries.
The post holder will have the necessary skills and experience required to work closely with academics to identify and establish new opportunities to connect with industry and to assist students in preparing to engage with these activities.
You will have experience of working within a Higher Education environment and an understanding of the value of industrial links within the subject disciplines of the creative industries as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience of working with industrial partners in the context of student work experience or placements, or equivalent is essential.
