About the job
You will be a senior member of the global marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. Working closely with content, paid and marketing operations teams, as well as other teams across the business, namely business intelligence and the sales teams.
You will be responsible for a) Optimising lead generation, nurture and sales funnel, b) Driving marketing ROI, and c) Building best in-class measurement capabilities.
Key responsibilities include :
Establish and lead a trading & optimisation forum to proactively drive change.
Identify customer journeys enhancement, website CRO and campaign optimisation.
Monitor MQL quality and drive improvements to lower funnel sales cadences.
Build capabilities and measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns.
Improve our marketing analytics processes and tools (working closely with BI).

The essentials :
Experience in a Senior / Head Marketing Analytics or similar role.
Understanding of lead generation, CRO and nurture strategies, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong influencing and project management skills - can command a room and drive change.
Advanced hands-on knowledge of the Google Analytics suit, and related tools.
Proficient at analysing Paid, SEM, SEO, social, email automation campaigns.
Comfortable devising strategies that include metrics from non web analytics systems.
Nice to have :
Ability to use tools such as BigQuery.
Experience using Hubspot and Salesforce.
Experienced in campaign tagging strategies and best practices.
