Renowned chef Quique Dacosta and his award winning team have partnered with a group of London based professionals with an accumulated experience of over 300 restaurants in the casual to high end sector internationally, with a strong UK and London presence.
Our restaurants will have a six metre open wood fire kitchen accompanied by a paella kitchen of similar dimensions on display as one of the focal points with a high end design by one of the best interior designers in the world Lázaro Rosa Violán.
This is the evolution of paella, bringing the traditional rice dishes of Valencia to a modern reimagining in Fitzrovia, London.
