The Executive Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure their menus are fresh, seasonal and locally-
sourced. Their Menu offers traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from. With the restaurant having 2AA rosettes, it would be a fantastic opportunity to work within this award winning kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you will need : - To have clear talent and passion. - You will adhere to the high standards that this property is well known for whilst working effectively as a team.
Requirements of this Chef de Partie position : - Ideally NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivilent - Experience of working within a similar property -
