Provides technical consulting services to clients; contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components;
supports the efforts of more experienced consultants; plays a quality assurance role by reviewing team work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent and meet client requirements;
serves as a technical resource on a team or a team leader for other technologists.
Focuses on the technical deployment of solutions that meet clients’ business needs, including the installation of Service Now, and or HP tooling such as Ucmdb and OMi.
Responsible for requirement scoping, configuration of the tool, application of programming techniques to develop robust solutions and attaining technical milestones throughout the engagements.
Project : to fulfil technical development and configurations according to client requirements
Client : to educate and negotiate the right technical solutions for your clients; Advising on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.
Experience : to deliver a positive and value-add experience for your clients in every interaction.
Sales : to generate additional opportunities within your projects;
Delivery : to fill technical roles in your projects, should the need arise;
Delivery : Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Networking : to expand Fruition’s network outside of your accounts.
Project : Following-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely status reports to project manager.
Financial : to assist in the scoping of new opportunities and to design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently;
Quality : to ensure each artefact produced, each configured technical component, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality;
Methodology : to contribute tactical and impactful tools, techniques, and methods to continuously improve Fruition’s technical delivery;
Public space : to represent Fruition Partners in peer organizations, media, publication, speaking, and other channels.
Technical : Supports technical design activities related to application software, data, databases, packaged solutions and infrastructure components.
Technical : Designs, develops and distributes technical reusable components.

Technical : Participates in the selection, acquisition, configuration and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components.
Business : Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
Relationship Management : Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues.
Leverage : Understands sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales staff in identifying leads.
Communication : Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams, and business unit events;
develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs.
Extensive travel to client and company sites will be required including some overnight stays.
May require evening or weekend work
This is a direct client-facing role requiring primary interaction with client architects, client technical resources, and client process owners

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred
Three or more years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment
One to two years of relevant experience in a particular technical specialty area included
Experience working with company, client , and / or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
Experience working with software, hardware, data and testing standards
Experience working with delivery assurance principles and procedures
Strong analysis and design skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Ability to devise creative technical solutions
Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
Willingness to travel
