We are working alongside an FMCG Organisation who are seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join their team in the Midlands.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a hunter mentality. The BDE must be focused on generating revenue and strong sales pipelines, but they are confident in their ability to maintain strong relationships.

A customer centric mindset is imperative and you will always aim to meet expectations, offer relevant solutions and create successful outcomes for your customers.

About the Role :

  • Proactively liaising with contacts for the purpose of managing the relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximising sales.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
  • Continually and innovatively seek new business.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge & focus.
  • Maintaining a high level of our brand knowledge.
  • Planning time effectively to prioritize development of target sales.
  • About You :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Advance working experience with Microsoft Office.
  • CRM experience.
  • Strong network within Retail and FMCG.
  • Positive energy and enjoys collaborating as a team.
  • Salary : Competitive
