PolSource is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing enterprise delivery team.

About the Role :

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for working with the delivery team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project implementation.

Project Management :

  • Lead the successful implementation of large scale, enterprise Salesforce projects through effective scope, timeline and budget management
  • Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for all assigned initiatives
  • Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Predictive Agile delivery methodologies
  • Use a variety of delivery management tools to manage Sprint progress, Sprint reviews, Sprint retrospectives, resource capacity and Level of Effort
  • Be the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensures adherence to Salesforce leading practice and governance
  • Facilitate meetings, mentor teams of junior resources and effectively manage customer escalations
  • Perform effective project closure activities at the completion of the project to include final billing, launch assessment readiness, customer handoff, project retrospective, and customer satisfaction survey
  • Oversight of Project Delivery Teams :

  • Monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as required and identify and resolve issues and risks to ensure successful project execution
  • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates
  • Track utilisation of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget
  • Communicate project status and progress to customer stakeholders, executives and key internal stakeholders
  • Direct and oversee multiple development streams to ensure design consistency and interoperability
  • Identify, analyse, prioritise, mitigate and communicate project risks and issues and present solutions and options to key stakeholders
  • Manage and communicate with remote development teams during non-traditional business hours
  • Financial Accountability :

  • Validate customer invoices for documented hours and expenses according to the terms of the contract
  • Collaborate and coordinate the project scope through effective change control leveraging the delivery team
  • Manage the expectations, negotiation and communication with project key stakeholders while being responsible for all budgeting decisions associated with the projects
  • People Development :

  • Inspire project teams to collaboratively work with each other as well as with customer teams
  • Lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor
  • Coach and mentor the project delivery team to improve overall delivery team effectiveness
  • Facilitate communication and resolve conflict
  • Required Experience and Education :

  • Experience in an Enterprise Management Consulting environment
  • 3+ years experience delivering agile, waterfall or predictive agile Enterprise Salesforce or CRM projects
  • Confident and thoughtful personality with the ability to adapt styles to multiple types of customers and personalities
  • Successful track record serving as the project manager for enterprise CRM implementation and technology initiatives
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience working in a client advisory role
  •, CRM implementation and Agile / Predictive Agile delivery experience required
  • Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% depending on location and assigned teams) that includes occasional International travel
