Exiger Managed Services (ExMS) is an integrated solution committed to managing our clients’ most critical financial crime compliance (FCC) functions.

As part of the ExMS team, you will enable major companies to effectively and sustainably manage their financial crime risk.

The team will leverage Exiger’s innovative tech products to perform investigations and reviews at a dedicated Center of Excellence the epicenter of ExMS.

Exiger’s Managed Services is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect who will serve as the primary technical resource for custom product development, technology implementation and tuning and client data integration in the Managed Services environment.

The Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for actively driving the Exiger technology value proposition in the Managed Services environment as a technical expert on Exiger’s products (DDIQ, ScreenIQ, and Insight 3PM), financial institution’s information technology and security posture and systems architecture, and will be a trusted technical advisor to clients.

Internally, this person will work closely with stakeholders in Managed Services, IT & Security and Tech to determine capabilities, critical new features, product improvement efforts, or new products required to advance the Managed Services business and value proposition.

Externally, this person will work with potential clients to help them understand how Exiger’s products and solutions impact their compliance processes, how to best implement Exiger tech solutions into their process (while in our environment), and how those integrate with the systems currently in place.

The Technical Solutions Architect will also be responsible for providing industry & client feedback / demand information for new features and functionality to support the product development roadmap.

Must be an energetic professional advocate for the company and be able to establish and maintain strong senior level relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly and elegantly convey the features and benefits of Exiger Tech solutions to financial institutions, partners, resellers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop a custom workflow management tool for the Managed Services business, agnostic to existing systems at financial institutions.
  • Design and develop an automated key performance metric dashboard and reporting system.
  • Work with clients to understand and document their processes and requirements to facilitate effective execution and implementation by our technical team.
  • Configure client accounts using technical administrative tools to meet requirements of client use case.
  • Command an expert understanding of the technical capabilities of our product offerings and clearly identify where custom development may be required.
  • Provide expert technical sales support to potential clients.
  • Ensure implementation success criteria is defined and deliver implementations on-time and with little to no disruption to process execution.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on all stages of client engagement.
  • Help to identify and resolve or escalate product / service issues.
  • Ensure process improvements and efficiency are driven out of the implementation, and leverage reporting tool to demonstrate efficiency gains quantitatively.
  • Professional Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in technical consulting or solution design at data analysis, intelligence, or cyber security product or solution providers
  • Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical concepts to a non-technical buyer
  • Experience working with financial institutions IT and Data departments
  • Experience developing and implementing new technology products
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple activities and projects
  • Proven ability to work well, both individually and within a team environment
  • Strong working knowledge of DevOps, data science, and AI
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective and positive leadership qualities
  • The ability to prepare and deliver corporate sales presentations and communicate with senior level technical and business contacts
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable financial institutions’ IT and data security policies, protocols and frameworks
  • Established relationships with financial institutions CIO, Data Security and IT offices
  • Experience in startup-like agile environment
  • Experience working with and analyzing structured and unstructured data to include premium and open source data
