The Systems Support Officer is an important role within the Admissions team that, working alongside the Admissions Operations Manager, will play a key part in the ongoing development and management of admissions data and systems.
The role will primarily focus on the continued support and enhancement of the university’s new postgraduate admission system (Ellucian CRM Recruit on MS Dynamics).
The post holder will take an active role in the analysis, implementation, configuration and support of all admissions operations, working closely with key stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives.
This will include identifying, mapping, analysing and improving business processes related to admissions activities as well as implementing changes to the configuration of admissions systems based on this activity.
You will have administrative experience in a relevant environment, work effectively both individually and as part of a team, have excellent IT skills, communication skills and experience of managing data and providing advice and information.
Attention to detail, confidence with systems and data, and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise with minimal supervision are essential elements of this role.

You will join us on an indefinite contract but due to time limited project funding, this will run until 31 October 2022 in the first instance.
