Our Executive Pastry Chef are responsible for managing The Dorchester pastry kitchen, bakery and soon to be cake shop during their day.
This will include training, developing and recruiting talent, working closely with senior chefs, and liaising with local product farmers and suppliers for seasonal ingredients all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, bespoke products and even special occasions.
Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Executive Pastry Chef.
