About our Team

Our Customer Success team strives to deliver high quality assistance to our internal partners to support our customers. We move our customers to product optimization by reducing churn to accelerate the adoption of our products.

We work collaboratively in the post sales process with our sales team and customers.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will ensure our customers maximize the value of our products and solutions. You will also expand our product portfolio with our clients to achieve growth, retention and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Enabling and supporting data scientists, scientists and users of our Data-as-a-Service solutions to ensure a flawless customer experience
  • Building customer loyalty and satisfaction through sharing product improvements, updates and enhancements with our user community
  • Understanding our customers and partnering with them to identify potential product enhancements and improvements to our platform and services
  • Mentoring and training your junior team members to share knowledge, best-practices and ways to add value for our customers
  • Identifying internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes and services
  • Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience in Hybrid Consultancy, IT Consultancy or Business Consultancy
  • Have a solid background in Machine Learning or Data Science and be willing to learn our web-based database tool Reaxys
  • Have solid experience of taking ownership of complex business issues and implementing successful results
  • Enjoy collaborating and leading teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate solid experience of leading, managing and delivering projects successfully
  • Be a motivated self-starter and a great team player
  • Be skilled at communicating complex technical content to a wide range of audiences
  • Be a natural communicator with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and our community of scientists
  • PhD in Natural Science or equivalent experience
