PropRec are a specialist property recruitment company, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
A significant aspect of the role will be your drive to succeed and provide 5* customer service. You will be ambitious with passion, credibility and drive.
This is a home-based role with ability to travel to Sutton Coldfield once per week.

What will you be doing?
This will be a full 360 recruitment role. You will handle the recruitment process from start to finish.
Resource and interview candidates
Maintain and develop client relationships
Attending client visits
Increase the profitability of the desk
What experience will you have?
A minimum of 1 years’ experience within the recruitment industry working for an agency
Experience within the commercial sector is desirable but not essential
First class communication skills, able to build rapport with both clients and candidates
Able to achieve targets and deadlines
You will have a passion for new business
