PropRec are a specialist property recruitment company, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

A significant aspect of the role will be your drive to succeed and provide 5* customer service. You will be ambitious with passion, credibility and drive.

This is a home-based role with ability to travel to Sutton Coldfield once per week.

  • What will you be doing?

  • This will be a full 360 recruitment role. You will handle the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Resource and interview candidates
  • Lead generation
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Attending client visits
  • Increase the profitability of the desk
  • What experience will you have?

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within the recruitment industry working for an agency
  • Experience within the commercial sector is desirable but not essential
  • First class communication skills, able to build rapport with both clients and candidates
  • Able to achieve targets and deadlines
  • You will have a passion for new business
