We are now embarking on part II of our story, investing in people, technology and the workplace to drive our future growth.

Last year we opened a fantastic new distribution centre in Leicester, and this January we moved into our amazing new offices in West London.

We are rebuilding our digital platform, and putting in new Merchandising and Retail systems to support our growth. We want to deliver amazing customer experiences, grow our reach, and shape the Boden of tomorrow, whilst always living our values inside out : Style, Brave, Charming & Witty, British and Trustworthy.

Where you fit in :

We believe in putting the customer first and as our Ecommerce Operations Coordinator ensures we serve the right product at the right time for our customers.

Highly computer literate and particularly proficient with excel; you will already have experience of working to tight deadlines whilst maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that products, promotions and campaigns are accurately reflected across all platforms at all times.

Chances are that you will have strong problem solving skills and are looking for a new opportunity to tale your skills to the next level.

We are looking for smart, energetic, and entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about the customer and comfortable delivering at pace.

You will be hands on, collaboratively working across teams to optimise product attribution across the digital customer experience.

Experience needed :

  • Excellent written English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Must be a good communicator at all levels of the business
  • Excellent attention to detail and must be able to produce clear and brief instructions
  • SQL experience
  • Highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong Understanding of the customer journey and getting the customer to the right information, from initial visit to basket.
  • Competence in PIM system
  • Experience and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Ability to plan and work to deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
