We are seeking to appoint a new colleague to lead our customer services team at our Docklands Campus Library and be part of our service wide management team managing and developing a comprehensive range of customer-
focused services for both on- and off-campus users that meets the diverse needs of our learning and research communities.
Educated to degree level, you will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and experience of developing services to meet (and exceed) customer expectation.
You should also have outstanding interpersonal skills and experience of successfully leading and managing teams.
A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL.
