  • We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
  • The Planner is responsible for the delivery of efficient and profitable network transport plans, meeting network KPI's and exceeding customer SLA's.
  • Delivery of this is through the full and effective use of ConnectTMS by building loads, creating routes and allocating vehicles and Driver resources to planning deadlines.
  • The role is critical in ensuring continuous improvement of the transport network, driving up customer satisfaction and improving the cost effectiveness of transport.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of network plans, ensuring load fill and utilisation KPI's are met.
  • To provide management information and carry out analysis as required

  • Previous experience of working in a supply chain environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel in particular)
  • Problem Solving and Analytical
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to meet the needs of the business
