Position Sales Administrative Support Agent

Location Machynlleth, Powys

Working Hours Monday to Friday 08 : 30am 5 : 00pm

We are currently seeking a Sales Admin Support Agent to join our Kinesis Vision Sales team based at our office in Machylleth, Powys.

Kinesis Vision puts you in the driver’s seat and adds high-quality video footage and proactive alerts to the existing features and benefits of Kinesis tracking devices.

Our camera solutions allow you to see what drivers are seeing.

  • What will you be doing as a Sales Admin Support Agent?

    This is a varied role which will comprise of providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department.

    The main duties of the post will include processing existing sales enquiries, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

    Alongside the duties you will also be responsible for :

  • Assisting with lead and sale processing
  • Responding to sales enquiries by phone and email
  • Building a rapport with the customer base to ensure the highest level of service is provided
  • Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure goods are processed in a timely manner
  • Maintaining knowledge of prices, market and delivery conditions.
  • What experience / skills / attributes do you need?

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office & CRM Systems
  • Team player to help improve the operational performance in your area
  • Target driven and ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis
