We are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service adviser with administration skills to work in a banking environment.

The Role :

You will be the first port of call for all banking queries for corporate accounts. Dealing with large money figures and prestige clients both in the UK and Internationally.

  • Assisting with banking queries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • 70% email, 30% telephone based
  • Dealing with corporate clientele
  • Communicating with international clients
  • The Person :

  • Excellent customer service background
  • Computer literate
  • Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Use initiative to resolve complex queries and problems
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team
  • Keen for a career in banking
  • Stable employment history
  • Hours and pay :
  • £9.52 per hour
  • £9.52 per hour
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift rota between 08.30AM - 17 : 30PM
